Today I’ve got another great tip for you. 2 of 3 actually.

Recap:
I had a client last week send me a laundry list of all the problems in his life and the specific details of why he felt everything was so bad.

I asked him and you to start with one simple task, take the existing list and rewrite each of the items…exactly the way you want them to be…Are you ready for the next step?

Step #2:
The second step in solving any problem is to start visualizing the way you want things to look. I know many of you aren’t into visualizing or feel really “stuck” in reality. But, I want to let you know that you are already visualizing. Every time you worry or project into the future how you think things are going to be…you are visualizing. I am just asking you to do something you already do…but reframe it in a positive way.

It’s no joke, using your subconscious mind(the seat of your beliefs and emotions) is a great way to start reprogramming your life to the way you want it.

So, start thinking about your solution or what you want and start visualizing it, right now. Imagine what it is like to have your desired outcome.

Today I’ve got a great tip for you. 1 of 3 actually.

I read the list and realized he really knew what he “did not want” in his life. Unfortunately, he kept focusing on it.

I asked him to start with one simple task, take the existing list and rewrite each of the items…exactly the way he wanted them to be.

This is the first step in creating any lasting change or solving any problem in your life…making a conscious decision. It’s no joke, your conscious mind or “thinking mind” is a great way to start reframing your life to the way you want it.

So, now I am going to do the same thing for you. Think about a problem or two you want to solve. Figure out what you “DON’T WANT” then scroll down and in the COMMENT section below, write what you “DO WANT”. This will start you on the road to changing your circumstance.

I’ve got some questions for you.

Are you satisfied with your life?

Do you feel out-of-control or desire change in certain areas?

What could you do to fix that?

“That’s exactly what I want to help you with today.”

That’s what I’m going to answer for you in 6-short steps.

It’s going to be well worth your time, so keep reading.

First, The Big Questions…
Alright, so I was talking to a group about my Power Lunch Club Program and they had three big questions for me.

How do I create lasting change in my life?

Most of my life is great, how do I enhance certain areas?

What can I do right now to make it happen?

So, my three answers are actually questions:

Why
What and…
How
Let’s talk about them in order.

So, you are trying your best to create a beautiful life and it seems that some areas just aren’t jelling or perhaps are completely…Wrong.

And you say, “Well, this isn’t any fun.”

Obviously you’ve done a good job of understanding that you do not like a certain situation. And so the next thing we’re going to do is figure out “Why”.

Why do I want a change?

And so Step #1 is to think about the problem you’ve got, and say, well, from what I am noticing, it’s really clear that I don’t have the experience I want, that’s missing, and so maybe they are two problems, the problem and it’s solution?

Does that make sense? It’s really important you acknowledge what experience you don’t want, then decide what you do. Making a commitment to answer this question is the key to changing your experience.

So, Step #1 is the problem. So you have an internal conversation about the problem, then you check in with yourself and say, “Am I clear about this?”

Once you have clarity it is time to move onto part 2 of this step.

If part 1 is the Problem,

part 2 is the Solution.

And in the solution piece, all I want you to do is think about what you want.

Not, “how” to do it or what you “do not want”, but what you “do want”, in order to get the results you desire.
An example might be:
Problem- I am clear that I do not have enough personal time to do the things I enjoy.
Solution- I want more free time for myself so I can enjoy my passions.

So, that’s Step #1.

Step #2 To revamp your whole way of thinking about the circumstance.

So, create in your mind the circumstance that you “do” want.

Observe how it “feels” when you have what you desire.

“Where do you go from here?”

So far we’ve done “Why” – problems and solutions.

Let’s dive into the “What” part, that’s the next two steps.

“What can Thomas and The Thrive Vibe do for me to fulfill my new desires?”

So, step#3 is , “How can I help you?”

This is how!

I work with people in the program called Power Lunch Club, where I take people in your similar circumstances and we create new life experiences in the areas of Career, Relationships, Money, Health, Life Passions, and Play Time. The outcomes are dramatic shifts in their lives over the span of the 8-week program. That’s what I was talking about with the Power Lunch Club and what it can do for you.

“Is this making sense so far?”

So, we’ve talked about the problems and the solutions.

Step #3 we talked about the results you receive, and

Step #4 is to talk about our coaching model, and getting results.

Getting Results
To get you the results you desire, I use the Thrive Vibe Balanced Life Model incorporating various aspects of your mind(consciousness) to create permanent change. And so, in Power Lunch Club we create balance and transformation in the areas of Career, Relationships, Money, Health, Life Passions, and Play Time using 3 main principles.

Truth is confirming and affirming your true desires in each aspect of your life.

Transparency is sharing openly and honestly these desires and why they are important to you.

And then, Teamwork is about working with the group to get incredible results and support.

So, Step #3 is the results, and Step #4 is the model.

Making sense?

And now it’s time to talk about the “How”.

Step #5, Logistics.

So here’s how it works.

The Power Lunch Club group works with me once a week, Tuesdays at 12:00pm EDT, like a working lunch meeting. We discuss each area of the Balanced Life Model(one weekly) in an interactive webinar format. You can either participate online or call-in. You share your ideas, struggles, success, and we craft an action plan. Then, during the week you practice what you have learned. We recap the following week and start a new focus area until we have completed the model.

So, what haven’t we talked about yet?

We haven’t talked about price, you know, investment. “How much is it?”

Step #6 Investment.

Beyond the financial investment there are two very important things to consider before applying for The Power Lunch Club. #1 is the time investment. You must be committed to the weekly meeting times, which means scheduling your lunch hour during that time. #2 investing time in following through on weekly assignments making sure you are incorporating what you learn into your life. Both time investments are crucial for you to get results.
